The Cypriot company "CASTELLANO PROPERTIES LIMITED" of the interests of the Gotsi shipping family (Eurotankers) appeared as a shareholder in INTRAKAT in the summer of 2022 when the company Winex Investments Limited, of the interests of the shipowners Dimitris Baku, Ioannis Kaymenakis and Alexandros Exarchos, entered the company's share capital. acquiring 9,817,915 common registered shares corresponding to approximately 13% of its total voting rights and shares.

In particular, as stated in the relevant announcement "in application of Law 3556/2007 as applicable, and following the notification from 07/13/2023 of the company "CASTELLANO PROPERTIES LIMITED", (hereinafter "CASTELLANO"), regarding the its voting rights on the Company's shares, announces the following change in the voting rights on the Company's shares:
1) On 10/07/2023 "CASTELLANO", which is legally established and operates in accordance with the law of the Republic of Cyprus, made available through stock market transactions a total of 1,600,000 common registered voting shares of the Company, which correspond to approximately 0.996% of the total voting rights and shares of the Company.
2) As a result of the above under (1) disposal, on 10/07/2023, the percentage of voting rights of "CASTELLANO" in the Company was 14.749% of the total voting rights and shares of the Company, against a previous percentage of 15.746 %.
It is been noted that the real shareholders of "CASTELLANO" are Mr. Ilias Gotsis, Eugenia Gotsis, Rodamanthi Gotsis and Michael Gotsis, with participation rates of 25% each. However, "CASTELLANO" is not a "controlled company" within the meaning of article 3 par. 1 letter (c) of Law 3556/2007, by the above or other natural or legal persons, nor does case (a) otherwise apply of article 10 of Law 3556/2007 or case (e) of article 2 of Law 3461/2006.
