BriQ Properties REIC (the “Company”) announced that on July 30, 2025, it signed the final contract for the sale of its owned four-storey commercial property with a basement and semibasement, with a total surface area of 851,51 sq.m., located at 3 Charitos and 6 Spefsippou Street, in the Kolonaki area of the Municipality of Athens, for a total consideration of four million four hundred thousand euros (€ 4.400.000).
The Company, which had acquired the property in January 2024, will record a total profit of € 1,4 million from the sale.
Ms. Anna Apostolidou, CEO of BriQ Properties REIC, stated that this sale is part of the Company’s portfolio restructuring, in line with its investment strategy, aiming to enhance capital returns through the capital appreciation of its investment properties.
