AVAX completes sale of its participation in GEFYRA for a total of €60M

The transaction includes the transfer of a 20.53% stake in GEFYRA SA and 21.55% in GEFYRA Operation SA.

Further on the announcement dated 15.11.2022 regarding its participation in the GEFYRA SA concession, AVAX SA (the "Company") announced the conclusion of the transaction, in line with its strategy of divestment from certain mature participations, aimed at optimising the use of its assets.

The transaction includes the transfer of a 20.53% stake in GEFYRA SA and 21.55% in GEFYRA Operation SA to those companies’ other shareholders (Vinci Concessions SAS and Aktor Concessions SA), in proportion to their participation, for a total price of around €60 million. It is noted that during 2022 the Company has already received a dividend of around €4.2 million in total from the said participations.
