A company owned by Andreas Andreadis has offered €8.6 million, which was the only bid received by HRADF, for the development of a property in the "Kassandra Agricultural Penitentiary Farm".
The property is an independent southern part of the total area of 915,099.72 sq.m., with a total area of 276,492.70 sq.m.
It is situated in the region of Sani, within the Municipality of Kassandra in Halkidiki, near the Sani holiday village.
The property is located in a location of special natural beauty and environmental interest, and is 300 meters away from the sea.
The tender process for the use of the property was carried out in one phase, and the financial consideration will be paid once. The tender file will be submitted to the Auditing Conference for pre-contractual review.
