The bank is preparing for a c. €100 million share capital and a friendly merger with the Cooperative Bank of Chania.

New permits are expected to be submitted by the PPA for the continuation of the project shortly after, in order for the work to resume normally.

The deposit facility will be increased to 0.50%, with effect from 27 July 2022.

The project will be developed in the premises of the Hellenic Aviation Industry (H.A.V.).
