Trastor REIC according to the maturity cycle of its investment assets, announced the sale of an office floor located at 109-111, Mesogeion Ave. in Athens, with total surface area of 781,67sqm, for a total consideration of €1.600.000.

The property was acquired in September 2018 for €965.000.

This sale is aligned with the investment goals of the Company, to provide significant capital gains for its shareholders in the medium term and demonstrates the prospects of the office sector as an investment target in the Greek real estate market.

At the same time, the Company continues the implementation of its value-add investment strategy for its further growth.
