This is a new generation of projects, where through tenders for the nomination of contractors for a period of three years, there will be constantly active contractors for direct interventions in the road network, at any time and for any problem that arises.
The first project that is auctioned with this philosophy, concerns the three-year maintenance of the road network under the responsibility of PNAI island of Syros (2021 - 2023), and has a budget of € 2,300,000.00 (including VAT). Similar competitions will follow for all the islands of the South Aegean.
The project "Three-year maintenance of the road network under the responsibility of PNAI, island of Syros", concerns the continuous inspection of the road network, maintenance, asphalting of parts of the provincial network - restoration works of railings, restoration works of technical roads, marking and safety works , in order to implement immediate and short-term interventions for the maintenance and operation, for a period of three years of the road network of Syros Island, under the responsibility of the South Aegean Region.
The tender is announced by the Directorate of Technical Works of Cyclades and the deadline for the electronic submission of tenders is set at 18/3/2021, Thursday at 10:00. , on 23/3/2021 day Tuesday at 10:00.

The deadline for execution of the project is thirty six (36) months from the signing of the Contract. The project is funded by a Public Investment Program (PIP). It is registered in the Technical Program of the South Aegean Region with the general title: "Maintenance of the Road Network of the Cyclades Islands of the PNA".
