Trastor REIC further to the notification received on 08/07/2020 by the legal entities Värde Partners, Inc. on its own account and on behalf of each of Värde Partners L.P. andWRED LLC, informed the investment community that:

Following the commencement of trading of the new shares of the Issuer in the Athens Stock Exchange on 06/07/2020 which resulted from theIssuer’sshare capital increase,

the percentage of voting rights held directly by WRED LLC and indirectly by Värde Partners, Inc. and Värde Partners, L.P., reduced to 52.07% of the total voting rights of the Issuer.

The number of shares and voting rights of the Issuer held directly by WRED LLC and indirectly by Värde Partners,Inc. and Värde Partners, L.P., is 78,371,545.
