According to the firm's rental plan, part of the impressive building that used to house the headquarters of the listed company Folli-Follie in Agios Stefanos, Attica will be rent.

The company announced that the Athens Multi-Member Court of First Instance issued the decision No. 3/2022 according to which the Resolution Agreement - Transfer of the Company of the Company dated 31.12.2020 is ratified, as amended by the amendment agreement of 9.9.2021.

The listed company - whose founders and other persons are accused of criminal organization forgery jointly and severally with a total benefit and corresponding damage of more than 120,000 euros, fraud in conspiracy and continuously committed against natural and legal persons, NPID and NPDD with a loss of more than 120,000 euros, manipulation of the market jointly, professionally and continuously and money laundering of proceeds of crime in collusion and continuously - will be transformed into a holding company.

The new company will acquire the distribution contracts related to the activities of jewelry, fashion, cosmetics and department stores of the current group.

Buildings, plots and stake holdings in companies will be transferred to AssetsCo and its subsidiary European AssetsCo, while the consolidation plan envisages the relocation of stores and the renegotiation of rents.

It is also planned to create 14 stores by 2023 with the Collective brand and in the field of cosmetics to install new points of sale in areas with increased commercial traffic.

According to the local market participants the company's offices are considered of great value as modern buildings located next to the Athens - Lamia highway with a total area of ​​10,000sqm. The headquarters building consists of two properties.

A frame is rectangular and a section is cylindrical and between them they form a three-level gap. This area of ​​the visitors' entrance is illuminated from the ceiling with large mirrors that send sunlight down and at night reflect the light of the spotlights.

Office, atelier and administration spaces are arranged on either side of the gap.

In the relatively gentle slope of the topography the buildings are based with a difference of one level, which allows the upper floor of the administration to take advantage of the panoramic view of the landscape.
