Trastor REIC ,announced that further to the Company’s participation in a public tender process for the acquisition of a multi-storey office building located at 184 Michalakopoulou and Rapsanisstreetin Athens,

a building owned by Piraeus Leasing S.A., it offered the amount of €17,100,000 and was announced the preferred bidder.

The Company will further inform the investing public upon the completion of the signing of the purchase agreement, which issubject to the approval of the General Meeting of its shareholders.
