303 by Radacini will be built on a 6,000 sq m land plot in Sisesti area and will have 74 studios, apartments and duplexes, the developer unveiled in a press release.
The project has 74 housing units: studios, apartments with two or three rooms and four duplexes, but also 94 parking spaces.
The real estate developer expects to sell 30% of the project by the end of this year. The project is Radacini's third investment in the Bucharest residential market.
