Apollo has acquired Terra Nova V office building in France for its core-plus strategy.

The property covers a total of 19.000sqm area and it was purchased for €137million from Generalli Real Estate.

Apollo’s real assets group manages €45billion worth of assets across real estate debt, equity, principal finance and infrastructure.
