This development follows the company’s announcement on 17 November 2025, with the signing of the agreements marking the full completion of the transaction.
CBE Capital, a London-based private investment firm, specializes in investments in luxury hotel properties and branded residences, with a strong track record of successful placements across Europe. Its portfolio includes investments in countries such as Italy and Greece, where it is also a co-investor in the Six Senses Porto Heli project currently under development.
As part of the transaction, the Investment Banking Division of the National Bank of Greece acted as Financial Advisor to Iktinos, while Dryllerakis Law Firm provided legal services. KG Law Firm served as legal counsel to CBE in Greece.
The agreement aligns with Iktinos Hellas’ strategy to optimize selected assets and enhance their value through partnerships with highly specialized international investors.
