REXEKΑ, the company currently managing the 390-room "Rodos Palladium" hotel in the region, is set to develop a new project within the same area, which is already renowned for hosting major hotel resorts such as the Elysium Resort & Spa, Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa, Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness, Marquise Luxury Resort Complex, and Amada Colossos Resort.
The company acquired a 213,000-square-meter property in Koskinou, Kallithea, Rhodes, after winning a competitive tender organized by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). The plot is situated adjacent to the Kallithea coastal road, approximately 200 meters from the sea and 12 kilometers from the city of Rhodes. REXECΑ secured the property with a bid of €4.24 million, slightly above the starting price of €4.2 million.
The new resort will feature a total of 762 beds and will consist of seven buildings with rooms, 35 luxury villas, and three service buildings, all connected by central communal spaces. These will include the main building, five different types of villas, a spa, and dining facilities. The permitted construction area covers 18% of the developable land, which spans 37,165 square meters. The total investment for the project is estimated at €66 million.
This new development is expected to significantly boost the region’s tourism infrastructure, offering additional accommodation options for visitors to Rhodes and further enhancing the area’s appeal.
