BriQ Properties REIC completed the acquisition of a plot of 10.555 sq.m. in the area of Metamorfosi, Attica, within the Acharnes Industrial Park (BIOPA), on which it intends to develop a new high-specification industrial property with an approximate surface area of 4.180 sq.m.
The acquisition cost of the plot amounted to € 3,5 million, while the total investment cost (including the acquisition of the plot) is estimated to reach € 6,5 million. The Company has signed a 25-year fixed-term lease agreement for the lease of the property to a reliable tenant, while the delivery of the property to be developed is expected by the end of 2027.
The Company’s CEO, Anna Apostolidou, stated:
“The development of a modern industrial property within the urban fabric, with a secured 25-year lease to a reliable tenant and long-term high returns, is among the strategic objectives of our Company and falls within the framework of the capital recycling carried out during the previous year.”
