The parent SVETOFOR is one of the largest discount chains in Russia

The stores, which will look more like a warehouse with products placed on pallet boxes, will initially have a small variety with just 250 product codes, compared to the 1,500-1,800 codes offered in an average supermarket.

The advantage of the chain is that its products are offered at very low prices, which reach 40%, respectively squeezing the prices to suppliers.

The parent company SVETOFOR is one of the largest discount chains in Russia, with 1,800 stores throughout the country. The chain, known in the EU as MERE, is present besides Russia in Germany, Poland, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and China.

The expansion plan of the company SVETOFOR is in progress in Greece, Portugal, France, USA, and the United Kingdom.
