The collaboration aims to boost tourism in the region by transforming the existing Madarao Kogen Hotel and Lime Resort Myoko into modern MGallery-branded resorts.
The Madarao Kogen Hotel, located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture on Mount Madarao, will undergo a full renovation, scheduled for completion by the end of 2027. Upon reopening, the hotel will feature 80 rooms — standard, deluxe, and suites — designed with inspiration from Alpine living and Japanese minimalist aesthetics. Facilities will include multiple dining options, a lounge, pool bar, conference spaces, onsen baths, and ski equipment rental services.
Lime Resort Myoko, situated at the base of Mount Myoko within the Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park, will be transformed into a wellness-focused resort. It is expected to open in winter 2026, offering 38 rooms, a restaurant, café-bar lounge, onsen facilities, a fitness area, and a kids’ club.
The two resorts will be connected by an exclusive shuttle service, facilitating guest access and linking them with other tourist destinations managed by Patience Capital Group, such as the Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort and Nagano Dunes Golf Club. These new additions follow the opening of Hôtel Sosei Sapporo in 2024 in Japan.
