Work is progressing on 100 Kensington, a €590 million residential development by SevenCapital and MARK Capital Management. Set to finish by early 2027, it will be the largest residential project in Kensington and Chelsea and introduce the borough’s first vertical village.

The 1.7-hectare site will deliver 462 homes—276 for sale and 186 affordable units managed by Notting Hill Genesis. A 29-storey tower will be the tallest in Kensington, featuring 129 apartments including two duplex penthouses.

Ardmore, the main contractor, has completed 25% of the project and is managing the internal fit-out. Amenities include a cinema pavilion, gym, rooftop gardens, and over 5,000 sqm of commercial space. The development is centered on a landscaped podium designed by IDP, with access from a new public plaza on West Cromwell Road.
