The towers are said to have at least 20 floors each and will cover a fairly large area which is now houses a large outdoor car park and the Novo Maalo neighborhood that consists of houses mainly built almost a century ago.
According to sources familiar with the firm, the entire complex will also include a green area and a park of about 7,500 sqm and that all citizens will be compensated if they are real estate owners in the area that the complex is to be built.
According to the same information, the developers intend to also develop a shopping center. MG Fashion was founded in 2004 as part of the local textile retail fashion group.
