Intercontinental International REIC hereby informs the investors that it proceeded with the sale of a property (residence), with total surface 265 sqm located at 79, Vasilissis Sophias Avenue, Athens.

The sale price reached 715.000,00€. The property was purchased during April 2018 for 550.000€, attracting cumulative goodwill to the Company with total amount 165.000€ (30%) in contrast with the purchase price. In 31 December of 2019 the fair value of the property, as it was valued at Company’s books, was 705.000€ based on reports of External Certified Valuers.
