The £280 million agreement was executed through the subsidiary company Copthorne Hotel Holdings.

The total value of the transaction amounted to €3.5 million.

The property, with a total area of 28,600 sq.m., includes existing structures amounting to 7,100 sq.m., while the remaining available building capacity is approximately 40,900 sq.m.
