Premia has completed the €64 million acquisition from Nordic Leisure Travel Group.

The portfolio included 39 properties, among which were the HUB 26 office complex, as well as the "Avenue" and "City Tower" shopping centers.

The new portfolio, named Citi Portfolio Solutions, was created following the agreement between the two parties.

The tender pertains to three offshore blocks located south of Crete and the Peloponnese.
