TEMPME No More
The Greek Ministry of Development has put an end to funding towards Small and Medium Enterprises (TEMPME), by canceling the program which guarantees loans used for cash flow by these types of businesses, obviously disregarding the fact that the Greek market is still facing major effects by the global crisis.

Green leases
The hundreds of millions of existing buildings all over Europe, were built during times where energy saving was not an issue. These buidlings do not belong to rich, or young, or informed people. This is why the implementation of directives like the EPBD is a huge task, which cannot be accomplished just because it was adopted by EU and national legislations.
