Α new complex of offices, built by J&P-AVAX Group of Companies on a land plot of 6,207 sq.m and has really advantageous access as it is situated very close to the junction of the Attica ringroad with Kifissias avenue, right in the heart of the northern Athens business district.

Α new complex of offices, built by J&P-AVAX Group of Companies  on a land plot of 6,207 sq.m., and has really advantageous access as it is situated very close to the junction of the Attica ringroad with Kifissias avenue, right in the heart of the northern Athens business district. It consists of three storeys of offices with balconies, pilotis and three underground levels of parking for 311 vehicles, storage and auxiliary areas.

The overall above-ground built surface is 6,175 sq.m., the area of the balconies is 718 sq.m., while that of the three basements is 15,650 sq.m..

The whole complex consists of an 86-metre long, oblong, concrete building in front of which there is a 16-metre in diameter cylinder, of the same height, covered with titanium-zinc alloy sheets.
The ground floor and first basement of the cylinder is occupied by a multi-use amphitheatre built according to state-of-the-art specifications.

Dynamic elements of the whole complex alongside the little pond surrounding the cylinder are the metallic balconies that follow the shape of the fa_ade and have floors and parapets made of crystal of strict specifications. Additional elements are the steel structures of both the third floor and the entrance gate, whose vertical surfaces are covered with porous stone of special colour and texture of Cyprus origin.
In the interior of the offices space, paneling and fixed partitions of gypsum boards have been used, complemented by a high quality mobile partition system. Raised floors allow space for wirings and are fully covered with handpicked carpets, while the false ceilings have been chosen to be sound absorbing and to have a concealed suspension system.

The panes of all the external windows and doors are of strict specifications to ensure soundproof and optimum temperature conditions.

The electrical and mechanical installations of the building have been designed with a view to ensuring reliability, autonomy, saving in energy consumption, low maintenance cost, as well as maximum flexibility in the event of re-arrangement of the office spaces. Illustrations of the sophisticated equipment besides the category 7 network of built-in wiring for data and voice include a UPS system with accumulators ensuring the uninterrupted function of the computer systems, an appropriate generator, a performing air-conditioning system with VRV heat recovery units, a security system providing access control at all levels and peripheral CCTV system etc. n
