Whether you're a fan of Johnny Depp's or just a fan of country living, you may want to check out this upcoming auction in Kentucky.

According to the Lexington Herald-Leader, a local paper, the actor's 41-acre horse farm will be sold at auction on September 15. Depp, who has recently found himself in a financial crisis, is unloading the Lexington property, which includes a 6,000-square-foot brick house, a guesthouse, and three barns. No actual horses, though.

County officials have assessed the property is worth a fair cash value of $2.3 million, but the farm was initially listed for sale in December at $3.4 million; the listing price was later dropped to $2.9 million.

There has yet to be a minimum price for the property, so it could potentially be a steal for some lucky bidder. Depp, who is a Kentucky native, purchased the farm in 1995, sold it six years later, and bought it back in 2005.
